These Terms govern your use of RandomChat, a live one-on-one video chat service for adults. By using the service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RandomChat.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your region and legally able to enter this agreement. You confirm this when you create your account.

Matches and coins

• New members receive free matches to try the service.
• Additional usage is pay-as-you-go with coins — no subscription and no auto-renewal.
• Coins are a prepaid digital balance for use inside RandomChat; used coins are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not use the service for anything illegal, non-consensual, or harmful, and you will not record or redistribute other members' video or images without consent. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your session and for keeping access to your account secure. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion, especially to protect members or comply with the law. How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Payments

Coin purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to the provider's terms in addition to these.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RandomChat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes
